Peggy Doe works in the areas of leadership development and coaching, team performance, organizational transformation, culture change, and facilitation of a variety of group sessions. Her assignments have led her into the realms of merger integration, call centre set-up and redesign, business unit start-ups, major organizational and departmental reorganizations, and aligning culture to support shifts in overall business strategies. In each case, she has applied her deep knowledge of effective change management and leadership to create a tailored approach to implementation, designed and facilitated a wide variety of team sessions, and coached senior leaders and other key individuals in their roles in ensuring success. Peggy has individually coached a variety of leaders at all levels to enhance personal leadership performance and build critical personal insight to support current and future success.
With over 25 years of business and consulting experience, Peggy has held senior positions with Ernst & Young, Enbridge, and Mercer Delta. As part of the team creating a new business venture, Enbridge Services, Peggy led the creation of the Organization Design and HR Strategy, headed up the HR function and provided strategic transformation support and advice for the Senior Leadership Team and President. Peggy has been operating independently since 2004 and is one of the original members of NextGenLeaders.
Peggy holds an MBA in Strategy and Organizational Behaviour from the Schulich School of Business and is a Certified Professional Co-Active® Coach through the Coaches Training Institute. She is certified in the Hogan Leadership Series assessment tools and the Conflict Dynamics Profile and is a member of the International Coaching Federation. Peggy volunteers as a mentor and sits on the Mentor Committee of Girls E-Mentorship (GEM), a charitable organization that offers an innovative mentorship program for female youth facing multiple barriers.
