Kick Start

Our Process

  1. You nominate the raters who will provide you with feedback: Peers, Direct Reports, Clients, Manager(s).
  2. You and your raters complete the 3600 survey on-line. The survey contains a combination of scaled behavioral questions and open-ended questions.
  3. We send out periodic reminders, to ensure high completion rates and plenty of input.
  4. We send you a report of findings, and a guidebook to help you prepare for your first coaching session.
  5. We match you with one of our master coaches.
Coaching Session #1: The focus is on:
  • Interpreting your 3600 input
  • Talking about strengths and gap areas
  • Beginning to clarify your goals
  • Creating a game plan for sharing your feedback and building support for your plan
  • Identifying strategies for successful execution
Coaching Session #2: (1 month later). The focus in on:
  • Finalizing your development goals and action plan
  • Probing deeper into success criteria and potential hurdles
  • Expanding/mobilizing your support network
