Pamela Griffiths-Jones

Pamela is a strategic business advisor and coach who brings a fresh perspective in working with leaders seeking to grow and challenge their businesses as well as themselves. With a passion for tapping into unrealized potential, Pamela offers her advisory and coaching clients a unique mix of strategic, operational and leadership capabilities and insights developed from a diverse set of business transformation experiences in the retail, consumer goods, healthcare and and aviation industries.

Prior to her current advisory and coaching role, Pamela was the inaugural CEO for Nieuport Aviation Infrastructure Partners, a consortium of instrastructure investors which owns and operates the passenger terminal at Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. She led Nieuport Aviation through its first three years of operation including the design and development of the expanded terminal along with the introduction of new retail and commercial services. Prior to joining Nieuport Aviation, Pamela worked at the Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA), firstly as Chief Marketing and Commercial Officer with a mandate to bring a more customer and commercial focus to the airport. She quickly established a new business and brand strategy focused on Toronto Pearson becoming North America’s leading international hub, building strong commercial relationships with key airlines and launching a massive transformational retail and dining program. Pamela’s role subsequently expanded as Vice President, Guest and Terminal Services to include the operational aspects of the terminals, leading a large multi functional unionized employee group.

Pamela's other work experiences include 14 years at Canadian Tire progressing through a variety of strategic planning and P&L roles including Vice President of the Leisure Division; Interim CEO for ObusForme (owned by private equity firm, Clairvest); Chief Marketing Officer at Sears and strategic and corporate finance consulting in Toronto and London UK.

Pamela recently qualified for the RCC level certification with the World Association of Business Coaches and continues her training towards ACC level certification with the International Coaching Federation.

Pamela received her Honours and Masters in Business Administration from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

In 2005, Pamela was awarded one of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40 in recognition of her business and community leadership achievements.

With a commitment to giving back and leading within the community, Pamela recently served on the Board of the Toronto Central Local Health Integrated Network (LHIN) and chaired its Quality Committee. Pamela also served for nine years on the Board of Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre.
