Lisa has delivered executive level coaching (individual and team), facilitation and leadership development support to clients across many business sectors including banking, insurance, legal, health care, energy, academia, information technology, pharmaceutical and new business ventures. Lisa has worked with clients across Canada, the United States and Europe as part of Lisat Consulting and in her prior corporate roles with the Bank of Montreal, Deloitte and Touche Consulting and Deloitte and Touche UK.
Lisa completed her professional training and was certified as a coach (CPCC) by the Coaches Training Institute; is a member of and received her PCC designation from the International Coach Federation; is a certified practitioner of the Leadership Circle 360˚ and Culture Assessments, EQi 2.0, Facet5 and the Hogan Assessments; is trained in conflict resolution coaching and mindfulness; has completed Executive programs at the Harvard Business School, the Ivey School of Business and is a graduate of the University of Toronto.
