Greg, a co-founder of The Moment, has been a key member of the Toronto innovation, design, and facilitation community for over a decade. Greg leads teams of clients and their stakeholders through tough, complex strategic challenges and facilitates critical conversations at all organizational levels.
Greg is driven to understand how people work through barriers in systems, organizations and mindsets to engage new and better ways of working. Greg’s experience integrates his background in service, interaction, and communications design with his expertise in business, collaboration, brand development and organizational change.
Greg has led strategic projects across many sectors including healthcare, industry associations, non-profit, finance, insurance, the arts and technology. Highlighted projects include Casey House hospital’s 5-year strategy, St Joseph’s Health Centre’s patient experience, HealthHub Patient Engagement Solutions’ strategic plan, Ontario Hospital Association public engagement experience, Ontario Association of Architects’ brand strategy and World Vision’s fundraising strategy and donor experience.
