With over 30 years experience in both coaching the leaders of large organizations and leading them himself. He served as Learning Team Leader for the Emerging Leader and Executive Team Programs at the Global Institute for Leadership founded by Dr. Warren Bennis and is the co-author of “Networks - An Emerging Organization for for Creative Collaboration” in Leaders for Tomorrow.

David has a unique combination of senior management experience with Fortune 500 businesses, partnership experience with Deloitte USA, and consulting/coaching experience with a range of private, public, and not-for-profit sector organizations in North America and Europe.

David’s primary focus is on the practice of leadership and the many contributors for success, including leader skill and competency development, managing people and teams, moving from strategic thinking to planning to sustainable implementation, fostering creativity and innovation, and ultimately leading for results. His practice provides a refined balance of respecting and acknowledging the current culture of an organization, with the focused support necessary to move strategically and quickly in a new direction.
