Coaching Services

Team Coaching

Team Coaching is a process in which the Leader/Coach relationship is leveraged to support the leader in building team performance and effectiveness.

NextGenLeaders' team coaching process includes:

  • An Assessment process which determines team member clarity and alignment on goals, roles, trust and collaboration.
  • The team leader chairs the meetings, with prior planning and coaching. Meetings are focused on doing the actual work required to achieve its’ performance goals, with time set aside for reflection on process. Meetings are action learning opportunities.
  • Debriefing and coaching the leader happens right after the team meeting. When the approach to task is coupled with a discussion of observed process, performance and effectiveness issues can be addressed.
  • Discussion of process primes the pump for coaching executives confidentially, and after the fact. This approach combines coaching, consulting, action learning and facilitation and requires savvy and experience, which are the hallmarks of NextGenLeaders
