Anne Stephen

Anne is a founding member of the Executive Team for Torex Gold, and over the past decade has helped build the Company from the ground up into Mexico’s second-largest gold producer.  In the process, she has built the organizational structure, people systems and leadership capabilities that have laid the foundation of a truly differentiated workplace culture that has become a competitive advantage for the Company.  Anne has more than 30 years of international experience as a Human Resources executive and management consultant leading large-scale organizational effectiveness and strategy execution projects for major global companies including Apple, Oman Oil, Vale Inco, BMO Financial Group, George Weston, Vancity, and Canadian Pacific Railway.
