Vanessa Judelman

Vanessa has a Master’s Degree in HR management and training from Leicester University and a Bachelor of Arts and Education degrees from McGill University. She has been a consultant at MICA, and most recently she managed the OD and Learning department at Ontario Teachers Pension Plan Board. Vanessa is certified from The Coaches Training Institute.

Vanessa Judelman is the President of Mosaic People Development, a company that helps develop great leaders and build collaborative teams. Over the past 15 years, Vanessa’s spunk and tenacity have inspired thousands of people. Whether facilitating, training or coaching, Vanessa has achieved successful change outcomes with organizations such as Motorola, Torstar Digital, Blakes LLP, Campbell’s Soup, the United Nations and CIBC.

By working with her clients to build their leadership capability, Vanessa plays a critical role in developing organizational cultures where people are happy, productive and focused on the right things.

Vanessa is known for her specialization in developing digital natives, otherwise known as millenials or emerging leaders. She uses cutting-edge techniques, videos and digital technology to ensure that her participants are always engaged and learning to their fullest potential.

Vanessa is noted as an expert in her industry and has been published and quoted in the Globe and Mail and National Post. She is also a guest lecturer in the MBA program at Ted Rogers School of Management.
