Glem Dias

Glem Dias is an award winning Leadership & Talent Strategist. He has led full life cycle talent strategies at Pitney Bowes US, Walmart Canada and Morgan Stanley India.

Glem is the Director of the Global Talent Centre at the Schulich Executive Education Centre (SEEC). He was instrumental in shaping the vision, strategy and model for the Global Talent Centre.

He has worked closely and tracked the careers of over 500 executives and high-potential leaders from 20 countries over two decades. His work around accelerating millennials to be future leaders has been recognized as world-class and published by the Association for Talent Development.

Glems' diverse experience comes from sectors such as investment banking, software, telecommunications, retail, pharmaceuticals, healthcare and not-for-profit. He has worked in the US, Canada, India, Europe, Asia Pacific, and Latin America.

Glem is a regular keynote speaker at leading Talent Management conferences and has facilitated over 100 workshops on a global basis. His work has been published by Forbes.com, Diversity Journal, and other publications. He was selected for his thought leadership in Talent Management & Diversity by the Federal Government of Canada to serve on their External Advisory Committee on Talent Management, other industry advisory committees that he has served include: Toronto Region Immigrant Employment Council; Advisory Committee of the Peel Region Labour Market Study; and Toronto CivicAction.
