On any given day you will find me doing what I truly enjoy – supporting people to deepen their understanding of they are as leaders and to fully express their talents and abilities and contribute to what matters for their organizations. I consult, coach, facilitate, and speak in the areas of leadership effectiveness, organizational strategy and performance.

In 2000, after a series of senior roles within health care, a global consulting firm, and academic research, I founded StrategiSense Inc. with one goal - helping organizations to be more effective and efficient – essentially, doing things that are useful and doing these things well. Today we bring creative, fresh and innovative approaches to organizations around the world through customized strategy, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development initiatives that support leaders and teams to identify their individual and organizational strengths and be more proactive and nimble in their responses to dramatic changes in their environments.

We support:

  • Board members, executive teams, partnerships and networks, and entrepreneurs to sort through complexity and define strategic intent and priorities, navigate change, overcome challenges, build leadership skills, and bring new energy to their organizations.
  • Professionals and entrepreneurs to understand theirs and others working styles to create cohesive teams, and maximize productivity and effectiveness while achieving greater peace, fulfillment and balance.
  • Organizations, partnerships and networks to maximize their productivity and effectiveness through examining how they currently operate and designing processes that lead to improvements and consider the interrelationships of processes, people, strategy and culture.

Our approaches are based on a unique blend of best practice consulting, group facilitation, one-on-one and group coaching, and leadership development and training – customized to the unique needs and circumstances of the individuals and organizations that we support.

I have a master’s degree in Business Administration. I am also a Certified Professional Coactive Coach, professionally trained through the Coaches Training Institute’s Coactive Coaches Training program. I am trained and/or certified to deliver individual and team assessment tools that reveal leadership competencies and inner assumptions including Insights, the Leadership Circle and Gallup’s StrengthFinder. I hold memberships with the International Coaches Federation and the Canadian Association of Management Consultants.

I have also had the fortune of serving as a volunteer on numerous local, municipal, and provincial committees and Boards concerned with health and social services and I am currently a Trustee of the University Health Network and a Board member of Centennial College.
