  • Participation in a cross-institutional project (typically geared at building social infrastructure.)
  • Individual leadership assessment (including: 360 feedback from trusted colleagues, emotional
  • intelligence, strengths assessment, conflict assessment, derailment risks,).
  • Each participant creates a personal Individual Development Plan (IDP), and is supported by a
  • coach.
  • Participants are matched with a Mentor (community-based and business leaders)
  • Series of monthly leadership workshops covering a range of topics (strategic insight; developing
  • a point of view; execution; communicating with impact; stakeholder engagement; relationship
  • building; team leadership; talent building; courageous conversations; leadership resilience,
  • public speaking skills, and championing change).
  • Active networking and relationship building agenda to introduce participants to a broad cross-
  • section of leaders (through leadership workshops and one:one meetings).
